Trail Signs at Ragged Mountain, Southington, CT

Recently, a well-intentioned neighbor of the Ragged Mountain Foundation took their own initiative to nail a homemade trail sign on the property and painted red trail blazes. 

While we appreciate the enthusiasm, there are specific rules and regulations around where and how we place signage and trail blazes.  As a result of these, we removed the aforementioned signage.
